When a guest forgets an item at the hotel, simply send us an email with the item and guest details and we'll take care of the shipping.

1 - We send the best shipping quote to the guest (with the hotel's knowledge)

2 - We send online payment method

3 - After the guest pays for shipping, MailBoxes Marquês takes care of Collection, Packaging and Shipping.

Our National and International Shipments have a tracking number, and we track them until they reach their destination.
